Yogalates in Surbiton & Long Ditton
Stretch, Strengthen, Breathe
Award-winning Yogalates classes to help you feel fit, healthy and connected to your community
Welcome!
My name is Beth and I am London's leading specialist in the Solomon Yogalates Method.
Conceived in Byron Bay 30 years ago, this award-winning method intelligently combines two groundbreaking practices; Yoga and Pilates.
My students will tell you; I am passionate about helping people improve their strength, posture, breathing, fitness, mobility and overall health and confidence.
I believe that no matter your age, experience or fitness level, everyone can feel the benefits of regular practice.
Together we can stay motivated, active and connected in the community, and have fun too!
“I love Beth’s classes; my back ache is a distant memory and I’m a little bit taller than I was before I joined. I can’t say I find yoga easy, but Beth’s explanation of each pose and transition is very clear, informative and never rushed. I learn something new every week and I love it!”

“As an over 60’s novice I was initially sceptical... I was wrong. Beth’s patience and knowledge have helped me gain more flexibility, aligned my balance and eased joint pain. Above all, her sessions are so enjoyable and rewarding, I always leave walking on air, feeling 10 years younger!”
