Welcome!

My name is Beth and I am London's leading specialist in the Solomon Yogalates Method.

Conceived in Byron Bay 30 years ago, this award-winning method intelligently combines two groundbreaking practices; Yoga and Pilates.

My students will tell you; I am passionate about helping people improve their strength, posture, breathing, fitness, mobility and overall health and confidence.

I believe that no matter your age, experience or fitness level, everyone can feel the benefits of regular practice.

Together we can stay motivated, active and connected in the community, and have fun too!

Summer Yogalates classes

Yoga + Pilates = Yogalates! Yogalates is slow and steady, combining body-conditioning Pilates techniques with enlivening Hatha yoga practices to sculpt your body, build strength, enhance flexibility and boost those happy hormones. We use resistance bands to challenge whole body stability, working from a connected and empowered core.

These classes are suitable for most abilities (students must be able to get up and down from the ground unassisted. If in doubt please email me here to check suitability).


  • Wednesday Yogalates


    Wednesdays, 9.30-10.45am@ Alcheme Wellbeing, Brighton Road, Surbiton


    Term dates: 15th April - 8th July 2026 (12 weeks)


    No class 27th May due to half term.


A quiet, warm and welcoming space with equipment provided for you, plus there’s also the Press Room coffee shop adjoining to the studio, perfect for your post-practice cuppa!

  • Saturday Yogalates

    Saturdays, 9.15-10.30am@ St Mary’s Church Hall, Church Rd, Long Ditton (near Squire’s)

    Term dates: 11th April - 4th July 2026 (12 weeks)

    No class 9th May. This will count as our termly break due to the hall being used for a Christian Aid event. This will count as our ‘half term break’ - unfortunately we’ll have to have it a little earlier on this occasion.

A peaceful haven surrounded by the tranquility of the churchyard, St Mary’s hall is the ideal spot to take some time for yourself every Saturday morning. Start the weekend feeling refreshed, toned, stretched and energised.

Street parking around the church is free.

You can choose to spread the cost over three months, and still save with the Early Bird discount (when you book before 1st April):

Option 3: Six week block

If you’re unsure of your long term commitment, you can purchase the first half of term only (this refers to the first six weeks only, dates cannot be transferred):

Need to knows…

  • Yogalates classes are well-paced with an alignment focus. Rest assured, you are in good hands!

  • Beginners are welcome, with modifications and alternatives offered where appropriate. If you suffer from pain or restrictions with your mobility please reach out to check if this class is suitable for you here, before signing up.

  • Wednesdays @ Alcheme - what you need: All equipment is provided by the studio for these classes, but if you’d like to bring your own feel free.

  • Saturdays @ St Mary’s - what you need: Students will need to provide their own yoga mat, block and resistance band, however I can provide a block and a band for your first class.

  • In the event of a class being cancelled for any reason, students will be offered a replacement class.

  • If you cannot make a session you’re welcome to send another person in your place.

  • Each class ends with a deliciously restorative savasana relaxation, calming the mind & relieving physical & mental stress. Bliss!
