Nourish & Restore
3-day Yogalates, Yin & Sound bath retreat
Seaford, Sussex coast
4th-6th May 2026
May is a time of renewal—longer days, soft sunshine, and the first real breath of summer beginning to unfurl.
Step away from the rush of daily life, shake off the gloom of winter, and immerse yourself in mindful movement, restorative practices, fresh sea air, and genuine community with like-minded folks! Let this retreat guide you into spaciousness, clarity, and ease as we move into the light and promise of the summer season.
Escape, breathe, restore—and return home renewed.
Our seaside haven…
Florence House sits at the top of Seaford head on the edge of the South Downs, offering a countryside haven surrounded by lush wild landscape. There will be time to breathe in the fresh sea air and explore coastal walks on the doorstep, individually or as a group.
The beautiful interior of the house itself, the abundant garden, the proximity to the sea and the wildness of the Downs, make Florence House a peaceful sanctuary where you can truly disconnect and recharge.
Do as much, or as little, as you like! This is your time, to enjoy :)
“I loved Beth’s Yogalates retreat. I left feeling 10 years younger and have continued to practise since returning home. It was a life affirming experience, I feel good, more positive about life and less anxious. Can’t wait for the next one!”
This 3-day break offers the perfect balance of activity and rest; dynamic and restful classes.
Energising morning Yogalates to boost circulation and get those endorphins flowing, followed by Yin Yoga and guided meditations to calm the nervous system. The cherry on the retreat cake will be a gorgeous pre-bedtime sound bath with our guest facilitator Naomi - a big highlight when I ran this retreat back in October.
Morning Yogalates
Our morning practice everyday will be a dynamic, yet accessible fusion of Hatha Yoga and Pilates, known as Solomon Yogalates™. This award-winning method intelligently combines core-stabilising mat Pilates exercises with traditional, heart-opening Yoga practices.
Connecting breath and movement in a way that will leave you feeling strong, energised and joyful.
Classes are tailored to suit most abilities, beginners & intermediate levels welcome. This adults-only retreat is open to men and women. All classes will take place in the main house.
Yin & Yoga Nidra
Allow your body and mind to surrender into floor-based Yin yoga postures, releasing deeply held tension and fatigue, and promoting relaxation.
Enjoy 2 x 90 minute Yin Yoga workshop sessions during this retreat, including mini massages to support you in letting go of emotional and physical strain.
You’ll also be guided through two profoundly relaxing Yoga Nidra guided meditations prior to the Yin, aiding sleep, boosting your energy, and shifting brain waves into regeneration & repair mode.
These restorative sessions are specifically designed to support you in letting go of stress, strain and fatigue.
Sauna on the beach - TBC
Treat yourself to a unique sauna experience, in nature! A short drive (or 20-30 minute walk) from our accommodation, this traditional wood-fired sauna will boost immunity, supercharge your cells, aid heart health and detoxification. No pressure to combine it with a dip in the sea or in the sauna’s cooling plunge tank, but if you do you’ll feel extra recharged, energised and refreshed!
Not yet confirmed… I’m waiting for the sauna company to let know if this will be possible - fingers crossed! The sauna has been a lovely additional activity in the past, so fingers crossed they will be able to accommodate us.
Sound bath
To cap off our first day on retreat, you’ll enjoy a deeply relaxing sound bath led by a professional sound therapist.
Our expert sound healer will use a variety of instruments, including singing bowls and chimes, to create a therapeutic soundscape of vibrations that will resonate through your body, restoring harmony and promoting healing.
All you need to do is lie down and enjoy the calming, meditative sound vibrations, like floating on water!
Food & Nourishment
Food is always a big part of the experience on my retreats, and I love working with chefs who put their heart into their cooking. Florence House are renowned for providing hearty, delicious, nutritious meals that will excite your taste buds! Enjoy three nourishing, vegetarian meals per day, prepared with love to support your journey of health and wellbeing.
All produce is locally sourced where possible, sometimes as local as the Florence House vegetable garden! All dietary requirements can be catered for. Unlimited teas, coffee, fresh filtered water, fruit bowl and biscuits will be provided.
Example autumn dishes: Crispy Sriracha cauliflower wings, warm fennel salad with courgettes, grilled radicchio pears and balsamic glaze, vegetable lasagna, apple crumble… to name a few!
“Beth’s retreat was a wonderful experience for mind and body. A truly stress releasing combination of exercise, stretching and mindfulness. 5 stars also have to go to the amazing vegetarian meals made from locally sourced produce and with an obvious love for the nurturing aspects of food and good company!”

About your teacher
Hi! My name is Beth, and I’m the founder of Yogalates London. I’ll be leading all classes on this retreat. I’ve been teaching since 2014 and am fiercely passionate about helping people discover greater ease and freedom of movement in their bodies through Yoga & Pilates, as well as the profound mental and emotional shifts that come from a regular yoga, breathwork and meditation practice.
I am a strong believer in the transformative powers of yoga & meditation in these technology focused, fast paced times of ours.
I’ve been running fully booked retreats in the UK and abroad since 2017, and this will be my ninth retreat. Any questions about joining us don’t hesitate to drop me a line here: beth@yogalateslondon.com.
This retreat is your unique opportunity to take time away for yourself.
Leave feeling refreshed, renewed, ready to face the world with a new found sense of balance and energy.
