Stretch, breathe, strengthen & get those endorphins flowing!
Award-winning Yogalates classes to help you feel fit, healthy and connected to your community as summer approaches
Welcome!
My name is Beth and I am London's leading specialist in the Solomon Yogalates Method.
My students will tell you; I am passionate about helping people improve their strength, posture, breathing, fitness, mobility and overall health and confidence. I believe that no matter your age, experience or fitness level, everyone can feel the benefits of regular practice.
Together we can stay motivated, active and connected in the community, and have a little fun too!
This class has a limited capacity, so book in early to avoid disappointment.
Classes take place in the lovely big Oak room at the Crossway building (behind St Stephen’s Church on Richmond Road).
A beautiful, peaceful space on the top floor, there’s room for you to spread out and feel comfortable.

Need to knows…
Yogalates classes are well-paced with an alignment focus. Rest assured, you are in good hands!
Beginners are welcome (modifications and alternatives are offered where appropriate).
Props: Students will need to provide their own yoga mat, resistance band and yoga block for these classes. Unfortunately a mat cannot be provided for you, however I can provide a block and a band for your first class. After your initial class you will need to provide your own props moving forward. If attending for the whole term, you’ll receive a few suggestions from me of what to buy and where from in the confirmation email you receive after registration.
In the event of a class being cancelled for any reason, students will be offered a replacement class.
If you cannot make a session you’re welcome to send another person in your place.
Each class ends with a deliciously restorative savasana relaxation, calming the mind & relieving physical & mental stress. Bliss!
